Eldercare Support Group (Start Date)

Join us for weekly virtual meetings on Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. beginning Tuesday, 10/13/26. Our support group is for caregivers in the UT community who care for other adults such as parents or partners. Group members will have an opportunity to share their experiences, get support, learn about topics such as community resources, and discuss the importance of maintaining work/life balance. The group will consist of the same members during the 6 weeks. All current employees and retirees are welcome to join. For more information and to join the weekly meeting, please email eap@austin.utexas.edu to schedule a pre-group meeting with Jamie Justus LCSW-S. Tuesdays, 10/13/26-11/17/26 | Noon-1 p.m. | Virtual via Zoom
