Hello Everyone! I am hosting a free hike and short guided meditation at Turkey Creek this week. It is a beautiful, moderate 2.5 mile trail. Please bring your own water and wear comfortable hiking shoes. We will meet in the parking lot around 8:15am and head out at 8:30am. I will include a short guided meditation near the end of the hike and we should be finished by 10am. FYI this trail often has dogs off leash but it has never been a problem for me. Feel free to bring a friend for this peaceful start to your day!
