Fernando Gonzales Aguirre will run a live experiment using with two AI agents working on the same marketing challenge using Grok Bot, chosen by someone in the room: One agent gets an instruction: what to do One gets an objective: what success looks like, what evidence to check, and how the result will be evaluated Then we'll see and compare what happens. Which agent makes assumptions? Which verifies its work? Which stops too early? Which claims success without doing the work? And which produces something you could actually use? Fernando Gonzalez, founder of Structured Rebellion, brings more than 25 years of experience in technology as a company founder, CMO, CGO, and advisor across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. In this live AIAM session, Fernando will explore a distinction that can dramatically change how AI performs: the difference between giving it an instruction and giving it an objective. What You’ll Learn • The four elements a request needs before an agent’s output can truly be evaluated • The requirement that pushes an agent to verify instead of guess • How to spot when an agent reports success without completing the work • Why the same question can produce different answers on the same day • How to create objectives that lead to more reliable, usable AI output You’ll leave with a clearer way to use AI when the answer needs to be checked, trusted, and improved, not just generated.
